Avian Cremation Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes educational guides and planning tools about pet aftercare and memorial options. We do not operate cremation facilities, maintain a verified provider directory, or run local aftercare offices.
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through:
Typical fields include your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), and details about your aftercare questions. We do not require an account to browse guides.
We use information you submit to respond to inquiries, follow up on guidance requests when a durable delivery path is configured, moderate review submissions, and improve site content. Submitting a form does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Lead and signup submissions are posted to our /api/lead endpoint. When the site is configured for production delivery, that endpoint forwards payloads to a webhook URL and/or an email provider (Resend) using environment variables such as LEAD_WEBHOOK_URL, RESEND_API_KEY, and LEAD_TO_EMAIL. If those are not configured, the form fails closed and does not pretend a lead was saved.
Provider review submissions are posted to /api/review and stored as pending entries for moderation. They are not published automatically and are not treated as verified ratings of this website.
Our site may use a functional cookie to remember your site preference when using our site switcher. We do not use advertising cookies. If analytics tooling is added later, this policy will be updated to describe it accurately.
We may use third-party services to operate the website, including hosting providers, optional AI chat tooling, and email/webhook delivery vendors. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. Search tools on this site may open Google or another external search engine; those services process queries under their own terms.
